| Hello. Long time ago I had Corolla e9 with diesel engine (she ended in crash) and KE70 model (she ended on scrapyard). I had also E11 (sold) So, this is my 4th Corolla. I bought her in September 2012. She had only 52000 miles on the odometer. Previous owner imported this car from USA in 1996. He used her only on the summer time. All winters car was stored in the garage. This is DX model, factory equipment is not so bad: 1800 engine with cat, 2 x airbags, air condition, 4 power windows and automatic transmission with 4 gears, fully lined trunk, center console, and dual cupholder. When I saw her first time I knew that I must buy her. Car was clean and shiny like from the factory. Every plastic element inside, door trims, engine, trunk and also underbody (!) was in excellent condition. I paid the money with no doubt. I use her as a daily runner. Now odometer shows number 56000. I want to change the rims, because now they are made from steel and looks boring. In the garage are waiting 15 inch alloys with 195/55/15 tyres. They will be resprayed to the gunmetal colour. Three days after the purchase I changed the colour of the turn signals. Now they are red, just like the rear lights. Due to the law regulations, previous owner changed headlights for European. They are slightly different in the shape and have one bulb inside. Now I'm looking for the original, american headlights with two bulbs and sidemarkers with orange lenses. A few photos: Photos from the advertisement: Few minutes after arriving home: Steering wheel looks like unused to be continued... | |

| Welcome man. Great job on the tails. Looks factory.
I'm not sure but I think the headlights you have are worth a pretty penny here in the states... or is that only the clear ones.. | |

| Thanks guys for your comments This is one of the latest photos; winter in Poland is not so friendly for the car. A lot of salt on the road is a pain for the chassis. Every day without snow or rain I wash the chassis with using water under high pressure. This is my fight with the crafty corrosion Few days ago I've spotted another Corolla in american specification. Car had very old license plates (just like my Rolla - from 13 years we have white plates in Poland, when you see car with black plates, usually this car is registered for the first owner) I've asked the owner about the american headlights, and she (that was a women) told that she have original lamps in the garage, and probably it will be possible to buy them I'm very glad about this meeting! It's not so often to meet similar car in your living place, especially when the car was produced 7ooo km (in a straight line) from the place of the meeting | |

| The deal with the headlights did not work out Woman's husband is opposed to the sale. Weird situation. Nevermind. Few days ago I found corner lights with orange lenses, and I bought them. I bought also original JDM grille All stuff is used, but in good condition. Corner lights was mounted yesterday Oh, I almost forgot: My friend gave me a present: | |
