| Is the box failing, or just the connection from the box to the web? Ergo is the icon on your taskbar a network icon with a red cross or a yellow exclamation mark in a triangle? And most importantly, what kind of box (I presume router) are you using at the moment? | |

| I'm not sure what part is failing but when it happens my network icon turns into a triangle with a yellow exclamation mark, also I'm using something called an AirCruiser Ultra N Router and its my second one since I moved in here, in my last apartment I never had any internet problems but that place was a healthrisk! | |

| Ok, that sounds like a LAN to WAN issue... meaning it's not in the cabling from the PC to the router.
Have you check (or replaced) the wiring from the router to your internet access? (the patchport in the wall going outside)
Otherwise it could be a software issue in the router itself. Have not yet had the time to check what kind of router is it exactly. | |

| My internet only works when I'm using a cable, my other laptop (I have 3, this big one, a small one I use for editing photos and 1 that is gonna be rebuilt) does not work on wireless either. | |

| Ok fair enough, so you have replaced all cabling? Have you tried upgrading the firmware on the router maybe? Or have you upgraded it before you moved in? That could cause problems... | |
