corolla wiring problem

hi I was wonder if anyone no if there a switch or a fuse for fog light on corolla..... I checked my fuses there grand but my fuse for the fog in not blown it ok there just no power going to it....

I found fog light connections on my indicators loom its original Toyota loom... not been messed with or put in by someone else

I have 20v spots they do work I check them and them connect them up and turn on lights and defog and nothing they wont light up
any ideas???
