| Most of you know me from Israel and you don't know how rough is the Motorsport here, I was thinking about this option I need help.
I got the 4afe engine on my corolla, and I've read on the Internet all engines of the 4a sharing the same block, and on the block it has the engine code that got on the registrations paper. To swap the whole 4age 20v blacktop I must pay for a somebody about 1000$ to change the 4afe engine code to the 4age engine code on the registrations paper (illegal if the police know about it).
I think to get a 4age 20v blacktop head and pistons retainers and valves rings and all the setup that I want.
The parts I want to change is the c53 LSD, ae111 brake system change the exhaust system to 2.25".
Few questions:
1- If I change the head with my setup it will run the same with the 4afe block? Maybe the 4afe block is weaker or something?
2- And what parts I must change with the head swap?

| The blocks are similar but not the same, iirc the cranks are different. The oil galleries don't match up either. Sorry to burst your bubble | |

are you sure I thought they had them same stroke? maybe 4age just has a stronger crank? ._.

| Bore and stroke are the same, but the crank, rods and pistons are all different - 4AGE has 8-bolt crank (4AFE has 6), bigger journals on the rods, a floating small-end rod, higher compression ratio and different flycuts on the pistons. 4AGE block is stronger too. | |
