Ohh, I see what he meant. Thought he meant that the fusebox was on the right hand side on LHD Corollas, haha. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the wiring for the key light has quite a bit of slack, so it should still be suitable for LHD vehicles without modifying the length of the loom.

| Now I know that I'm gonna see this red FX bumper 10 more times today, but I don't mind LOL. Great job Scott, yeah you would have been a fool to pass this up. Even if you bought it only to resell, you can make lots of money on it. And it even has all the lights. | |

Cheers Chris. Haha yeah, I couldn't not buy it. The best part is that I can leave it at my painter and not have to worry about being without a car. - AE101 wrote:

With a pair of crystal turnlights and a Si lip it will be complete.. Thanks lad. Crystal turn signals might look pretty good, although with my car being white it may look a little strange. Keen to try some out though . As for the lip, I'm going to be using my Bluebird lip. I'll post a photo at the bottom of this post - miib14 wrote:

can wait to see it on the car Thanks Ishaq. I can't wait to see it fitted either. When it's all done expect to see photos posted everywhere Here's a test fit photo of the front lip. Don't mind the tape holding it there or one of my cats in the background, haha:

| Nice, the lip looks good on there.... does it curve around the sides and fit better on this bumper than your current one? | |

Thanks Chris. I think so too . Yeah it fits this bumper a lot better. There's no big gap on the sides like there is on my current bumper so I won't need to heat and mould it to fit. Speaking of the lip, I was at the junkyard a couple of hours ago and managed to find another one exactly the same on another Bluebird. The one I bought today is in better condition so won't require as much work before painting . I'll keep the other lip as a spare, and may even put it on my old bumper if I decide to mix-and-match every once in while.

| Amazing that the lip from a completely different car fits so well. Now, you've got the lip for both bumpers! I went to a junkyard once years ago, and it cost money to enter, it was huge, and there wasn't a single Corolla. So I've never gone to a junkyard since. Shame, really. And I just noticed today that it looks like you totally stole my cold-air intake | |

And I just noticed today that it looks like you totally stole my cold-air intake Yeah I was very surprised that it fit so well. Guess the gamble paid off Haha, the junkyard that I go to charges an entry fee of $2 to get in. I go there about 4-times a week on average so it can get pretty costly if I don't end up finding anything decent. There's not many Corollas in the junkyards here either. They usually go to wreckers because they're prepared to pay more money for them as their profit margin is a lot higher. There's slowly beginning to be more Corollas come in however since they're getting older and wreckers are gradually moving towards newer cars. Haha, can't believe you just noticed that now! . That was done years ago. I had no intention of copying you, I just bought some pipes and routed it the most logical way possible. It wasn't until afterwards that I realised it was the same set-up as yours. There's only really one way to go so I suppose I didn't have much choice

| well I know that you did the intake like that, but I guess I never saw such a good shot of it..... but it is 100% identical hahaha! I was taken back for a second lol. I actually got rid of mine yesterday locally. But yeah, there's only one way to do the intake the best! You and me both bro. Oh, I wasn't saying that you copied or stole my idea, you know how I feel about sharing information with fellow rolla owners | |

Haha, I guess you can't improve on perfection . I remember I was talking to you about a CAI before I even made mine, and we were discussing all sorts of ideas, such as making a box for a short ram or making a divider plate out of sheet metal, but in the end I realised that the best way to get the coldest air possible would be to route the filter behind the bumper. You were the one who helped influence that decision, so thanks . It's great that you're willing to share info with other Corolla owners. I for one am very grateful
