Haha thanks man, and yeah I'm tryin to get a chunk of my bay to match the wires, and the old paint I had on the valve cap wasn't doin it for me anymore.

More blue is a possibility, I just wanna get the rest of the car lookin good first. Rims with weekend (IF ALL GOES TO DAMN PLAN THIS TIME). And new rear struts/springs coming in.

Update before the upcoming weeks:

Went to the shop today to see if anything needed fixing in the under body of my car. Checked the rust, suspension, exhaust, brakes, etc.


My semi-rusty undercarriage.



Also got my brake pads replaced. My luck the brake pads I had ordered through them never showed up, but they had a set of Brembo pads in the back that had never been picked up, so they put them on my car (I think they cost almost $40 more than the pads I had ordered, I didn't have to pay the extra).


There was also this bad ass BMW bike owned by the mech there.

This weekend I am picking up some rims, Enkei's I think they are. Got some low profile Goodyears for em'.

The following week or the week after my rear struts/springs SHOULD be coming in.

Your under carriage looks almost as rusty as mine lol. Though my fuel filler neck hasnt got rust on it yet.

What are your plans for the rust? I want to get mine undercoated.

Cant wait to see the rims and what did you get for struts and springs?

I may get mine undercoated though I don't know if it's worth it, and the parts you see in that pic are literally the only rusty bits, not as bad as I thought it may have been.

The struts are monroes, the springs are barely used TRDs (stock height).

Im in the same situation. I think it would be worth undercoating it. I was thinking of doing mine my self, that way I can take my time and clean it properly and tape off areas I dont want undercoated.

I need new struts and I dont know what to get.

That's fair, that would be a good thing. Though at the moment I wanna get all the major stuff (suspension, rust/fibreglassing, lack of rims ) taken care of first.

Aarrragagghhaehhwaw. I broke my foot last night so I was unable to drive the 2 hours to get the rims I was supposed to get today, and then my Dad took my car to the store cause his Sienna is at the shop, some woman pushed her cart into the rear tail light, smashing it out and messing up the little trim piece under it.

That sucks, I hope your foot isn't to bad.

Yeahhh for me everything seems to go wrong at once hahah. Uhhh, I was biking (like.. pedal bike) with my friends, we were hitting up some local dirt jumps, I went off this pretty big 10 footer and tried to tailwhip, but in the air I knew I wouldn't make the gap so I let go of my bike and came down hard, I tried to roll but I landed with all of my weight on my ankle at a funny angle.

And maybe tail light upgrades indeed. What do you suggest?

Thanks guys. I hope my foot heals quick too, atleast enough for me to walk on it kinda this Friday, it's my highschool prom. And yeah, I remember getting a quote from Scott a while ago, and remembering that + shipping to where I live was pretty expensive. We'll see though

Alrighty well this hasn't been updated lately, and stuff. So here's an update, and stuff.

I have my rear set of quickstruts in, and I was figuring I may as well do the front ones too, so I'm trying to acquire enough cash to get that done. My brother, as part of a deal he and I made, has ordered me in a new sway bar, and control arms, as well as ball joints. So those should be arriving soon.

Turns out my foot wasn't broken too badly, so I was able to go to my prom and dance , there's a pic of me and my friends lookin all fancy in the Picture thread. I only had a cast and crutches for little more than a week and a half.

I fixed my rear tail light by getting a new lense from my dads friend who works at the local wreckers, and I hammered out all the dents in the trim piece underneath. Looks good as new.

Rims I was going to purchase are already sold. On to search for a new set :/ ah well. I also coated all four wheel wells with undercoat, so they lookin good.

Hopefully I get this job I applied for with a local Construction company so I can start puttin more money into the car

Hey thanks Ishaq, I will try to get all the pictures I can, but my phone isn't uploading pics to my computer lately :/

I was after these 17" 5 dual-spoke black motegi rims. The guy wanted $350 for the rims w/summer tires that had 50% tread on the fronts, 20% on the rears. They're gone now though, so the search continues haha

My phone is still being a tool, and not connecting to my PC or Laptop :/ so I had to upload these directly to imageshack, couldn't edit them or anything, but here's some of the more recent pictures from this past month.
