2000 bz-touring corolla 4age 20v blacktop turbo!!!!!

well hello guys this is my corolla wagon i bought it when it was stock sadly dont have any picts of it coz when i bought it i was way 2 happy and just thrashing it no time to take pics

so just started off as the lil things get painted as you can see



just did the trims a bit so it looks cool



and then got to the engine side of it just did the lil cheap things first

-its got trd leads

-fuel pressure reg

-apexi ailfiter

-apexi pipe

-racing spark plugs

-after market sturt brace





got a gtz scoop custm made to my bonnet from a ae101 gtz




has some 15" wheels on them got rid of them and bought some 17" advantis



had the wheels for bout a 2 years and sold them bought some bronze colourd ones and also put the factory bak lower bumper lip..




bought some headlight from the states angel eyes



so then one day moring i wake up and say to my self i need 2 build my wagon like one and only so from here it starts its long journy


so went and bought my body kit all mix and match


rear bumper lip is from a 2001 wrx cwest lip,also thanks so magweal got the tail gate and front grill from him as i wanted the midle spoiler,and chucked on some 19"rsgt and teins adjuties and got some factory mazda wagon side kits and modyfid it to fit my wagon

the intercooler is just for show

The front lip is custom made to fit the bumper.the vents are cut out from a 2000 buddy club civic bumper and its fitted to my corolla bz touring factory bumper MEAN AYEEE

so then i had enuf ot thashing it N.A so thought of going turbo b4 buying turbo or anthing went and bought a aftermarket ecu link g3



so yeah i thrashed it for a good 5 years trying to blow the engine but insted blew bout 6 gearbox 2 6speed and 4 5speed and then decided to drop the motor amd turbo it..so i droped the motor and box my uncle build the engine for me..



block bore out .5mm machine and acid dipped




bought the manifold but had the t3t4 flange choped that off and welded a td05h flange

well this is my engine and wat i have done to it

-am running a blacktop block

-block has been acid dippd

-its been bord out .5mm bigger

-running 4agze pistons with rings and pins genwine TOYOTA

-4age silvertop conrods which been acid dippd and shot pend

-ACL race bearings mains and cons

-brand new oil and water pump

-engine has been blanced

-ARP mains,cons,flywheel bolts

-TRD 1MM steel head gasket

-brand new cambelt,tensior,idler,

-all gasket is brand new all genwine TOYOTA parts

-excdy 4 puk clutch

-3sgte 440cc injectors

-after market fuel pressure reg

-oil filter relocating kit with 10row oil cooler kit

-stock 20v head


well after spending all that time in money on my wagon the front bumper was just sitting around and getting damage so it went on my ae100 sedan have a look






well after my wagon was going had the motor put in car was driving now i needed a front bumper for my wagon and now i dont wana take out bumper from my sedan so i got get a new custm bumper made for the wagon top half corolla bottm half EP3 2001 civic


and then sold the 19"wheels bought some rays g-games needed the cash for dyno tune check out the 17s



swaped the projector headlite with magweal for my old bronze wheels and it looks beta with the full kit and went to factory bz headlight




and now it got to the painting stage










getting it painted ford mystic green




well all done just got fit the thing back 2geather now thats the hardest part man








AND THEN NZ CAR SHOW 2011









dyno power 185kw on 12psi boost (250hp) at the wheels 1.6 black top 4age 20v!!!

and still getting things done to it but will keep use updated.......
