| Ive been meaning to ask this for a while but keep forgetting. Is this how the wires are suppose to be for the drivers side corner lamp? or has somebody re-wired mine? Then theres this wire which bugs me. I have no clue what its for, its been loose ever since I bought it. Its the white wire beside the diagnosis box, anybody know what it is? and whats this thing? (the plug looking thing attached to the bottom of the dash)? | |

| The purple wire running from the corner light plug is definately soldered in, as for the other non-OEM wires, they're for some option the previous owner apparently used. The plug looks somewhat like an OBD plug of some sorts, but I'm not sure tho | |

| Thanks, I didn't think that purple wire came from the factory like that. The green wire is for my rpm guage i had installed, im just curious about the white wire.
Your probably right about the plug too. Its scary looking under there with the ECU, fuse box and cluster of wires infront of your face lol Not to mention the interior leds I just installed lol.

| The corner light wiring looks fine, if you said the purple wire is supposed to be there. | |

| The looms are all wired in the factory options, so when a customer wanted an extra item in their car when they bought it new all the factory had to do was install the item with out rewiring the car. So that plug is for some kinda of extra | |

| What "plug" are you guys talking about???
The only plug I see is indeed the OBDII sensor under the dash. That's exactly what it is, for reading engine codes and doing inspections.

| Hopefully, you'll never need to use the plug! | |
