Thanks bro! It's an allen and then under the cap is an internal 7 sided socket. It seems like it would be a bit more of a challenge for the standard thief. I personally don't like the design as much as I like the classic extended studs but at least I can park my car with a bit more peace of mind.

Thanks Bridgy! Chris pretty much covered it, lol I didn't feel any performance difference. Only do it if you're going for looks. Otherwise it's not even worth it.

Just been looking through your thread mate as i do with many on here for ideas and insperation for mine, looking at your wheels has made me want to get a sort of similar looking set called rota GTR's and got to say your car looks great. One thing that would look nice maybe for you next could be painting up the brakes in silver or a colour you think will suite your car. Razz

The wheels in your sig actually looks pretty close to what I have (but in 17s). Are they the Rota Attacks? Cause those are the replicas of my grams.

As far as brakes go, my favorite color for calipers is black so it kinda works out haha Razz

Very small update but it's one I should've done a long time ago.

I never thought I needed one of these till I drove my friend's Corolla LE after a long day of working outside in the sun.

But oh my goodness, if you have a penis or vagina you HAVE to have one of these (pardon le French). It's a whole new driving experience on hot summer days. Seriously. Especially in basketball shorts.

lololol. ive always had my crotch vent. since day one. i stole that beast out of my prizm after i wrecked it. i couldnt live without it.

Yeah you could make your own for free, the only thing this does is add the directional diffuser.

How much air do you loose out of the upper vent though? And you can't shut the crotch vent if it gets.... cold .... lol

The vent allows full 90 degrees vertical adjustment, so if I point up all the way then the vent is closed. You actually don't lose that much air at all. It's negligible. lol and it can never be too cold down there since it's constantly being warmed by your inner thighs.

And I'm not sure if it's me or not, but after a test drive today with the vent it seems like my friend's Corolla LE blows air so much harder out of the crotch vent than my DX. Maybe because I was wearing jeans today lol

I shall test both while wearing basketball shorts when I get the chance.
