| Picture of the Gen 2 4E-FE (thanks to another member) The Inlet manifold is smaller than the Gen 1, the ICV is under the Throttle body (instead of being at the side of the inlet manifold) The Airbox is slightly Bigger The exhaust manifold iirc is 4-1 the exhaust manifold heatshield is different the coolant bottle is tucked away under the battery.. | |

| if ur going for the spark plug holes the 7afe also has square holes so that would make quite a fuss.and plus guys which engine would be better for my car.7afe 4afe or 5afe.no silver top or black top cuz these engines are getting hard to find and would cause troubles in the near future.as i am planning to keep my corolla its like a child hood friend we both have completed 18 years together so its quite a big deal for me:D | |

| well, if you have too many mods in your car like for ex: power windows, sound setups, bigger rims, etc.. all of those stuff would contribute to the weight of the car.
bottom line is that you should pick an engine with a little more HP to match your weight
power to weight ratio.
A series engine will definitely do good. haha.
how much is 4afe 5afe and 7afe engines in your place? | |
