| @ishaaq if your looking for some serious power then you would need forged internals low compression pistons forged rods good bearings valve train, retainers and valve seats upgrade a good turbo offcourse ! i would prefer a Toyota ct9 or ct12 bigger injectors FMIC BOV FPR Piggyback or Standalone Boost controller External waste-gate if required on the other hand you can use pistons, rods, injectors from 4agze as they are already designed for F.I and if your planing to use it in low boost say man 9 psi then i would suggest u go for silvertop turbo iv seen one here ! though i would not recommend that ! but if u go for silvertop block with blacktop head the compression ratio will be low ! i presume somewhere near 9 ! because blacktop head have a very large combustion chamber and blacktop pistons have bigger dome to raise the compression ! on the other hand silvertop head has very small combustion chamber and pistons doesn't have dome like blacktop pistons ! so best combination to lower the compression is to put a blacktop head on a silvertop block ! and im sure this setup with stock internals can hold 7-9 psi of boost use silvertop bottom as its a bit stronger then blacktop ! im sure iv helped you | |

| Standard Silvertop can run 7psi max due to compression ratio, you can lower compression ratio with 2mm head gasket [std is 1.2mm] or get low comp pistons or GZE pistons. You will need manifold and turbo, inlet manifold [custom made] oil cooler and filter relocation kit, oil pipes to turbo, intercooler and pipework, piggyback or stand alone ECU.You should see 190-200bhp at 7psi.

| i was just thinking about that yesturday willl the 20v blacktop handle the same amount power of the 4agze ? ( with forged internals). i just like the fact that it 4 more valves then the Gze | |

| I'm running a Silvertop with Rotrex charger at 196bhp on 7psi with more to come [Thread in hatchback section]. Just got a Blacktop worked haed with Supertech valves, Toda springs, got Tomei Poncams to go in, just got to build it all.
A good Silvertop bottom end with high comp pistons and a worked Blacktop head should get near 200 bhp with stand alone ECU.
