ok i know what youre talking about i think its called the adhesion promoter. Did you do the same for the dash and other plastic parts? Was there any sanding required? Ive been dying to paint my interior but i wanna do it right the first time and make sure i cover all my bases

Ive been dying to paint my interior but i wanna do it right the first time and make sure i cover all my bases honestly the dash was the biggest pain in the ass i couldnt take it off so i taped up the wind shield and covered the whole interior in plastic and i cleaned the dash reall good with alcohol i heard it helps the paint stick once dry and idk how to take off the dash but i this chris the "golden corolla" had taken off the dash to work on the ac you might want to ask him

| Yeah originally I painted my dash by pulling it out a little, then masking the entire interior. But ultimately, when I painted it the second time and ruined it, I did have to take out the dashboard and swap it for a clean one. It was one of the hardest things ever lol. | |

| Lol I hear you gold that's what I was afraid of. I heard the dash was the biggest pain and I was thinking of just painting it while in the car and taping off the windshield and stuff. I was gonna remove the carpet, headliner and other stuff anyway to paint outside the car so the dash would be the only thing still inside but I was just curious. I know painting it outside would be best but just the thought of All the wiring underneath the dash frightens me lol | |

Thats exactly what i did i was trying to take it out completely but when i saw how difficult it was i was like HEEELLLLLLS no so i just pulled it out a lil and i ended up masking everything too :/ prolly the safest bet bro mindbeats
